Refund Policy

As all products in the Webshop are digital downloads, we are unable to process refunds because the products are readily offered to you upon purchase. These products become downloadable from your User Account once delivered.

If you find that the product you purchased is non-functional, please notify us immediately on our contact information. We will work to create a replacement for you.

​

In case of any form of transaction errors, please notify us and get in touch with your Bank for further assistance. Refund will be completed automatically in one week from the date of transaction.

​

For services, you can reschedule your booking for a limit of two times from the date of booking. In case of emergency, please notify us atleast 3 days prior to your appointment. You will be refunded 50% of the Service amount. For services with budget basis, please reach out to us.
